研究興趣

他的(de)(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)長于(yu)“集合(he)成化學，高(gao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)物理和(he)(he)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)生物之(zhi)成，設計和(he)(he)執行決(jue)定性的(de)(de)(de)(de)實驗來回答一些與(yu)(yu)大分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)，生物以及膠(jiao)體有關的(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要問(wen)題。”其(qi)中包括，分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)藥物非病毒(du)載體的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計與(yu)(yu)研發；與(yu)(yu)神(shen)經退化型(xing)疾病有關的(de)(de)(de)(de)蛋白聚集的(de)(de)(de)(de)初始(shi)成核(he)過程；功(gong)能性大分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)設計，合(he)成和(he)(he)聚集；大分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)溶液和(he)(he)凝膠(jiao)網絡的(de)(de)(de)(de)動力學與(yu)(yu)結構(gou)；以及難解和(he)(he)特(te)殊高(gao)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)特(te)性。他近年的(de)(de)(de)(de)研究(jiu)興趣(qu)又擴展到食(shi)品科學與(yu)(yu)加(jia)工，尤其(qi)是大豆(dou)蛋白和(he)(he)其(qi)它植物大分(fen)(fen)(fen)子(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)精深加(jia)工。
