研(yan)究方(fang)向:表界面(mian)物理與化學

1.發展掃描隧道顯微鏡、原子(zi)力(li)顯微鏡、針(zhen)尖(jian)增(zeng)強拉曼相(xiang)結合的(de)表(biao)征技術,在單化(hua)(hua)學(xue)鍵分(fen)(fen)辨(bian)尺(chi)度(du)上對化(hua)(hua)學(xue)反應進行實(shi)空間表(biao)征與(yu)調控,實(shi)現對分(fen)(fen)子(zi)量(liang)(liang)子(zi)體(ti)系各參(can)量(liang)(liang)的(de)精(jing)確測量(liang)(liang)

2.發展(zhan)相干時間分辨光電子能(neng)譜(pu)技術(shu),在~10飛秒分辨(bian)水平(ping)上,實現(xian)對(dui)表界面化學反應中(zhong)電(dian)荷轉移(yi)與能(neng)量轉移(yi)動力學的精確測量
